How do I get started?
From the homepage, click on “locations” and find the facility nearest you. You can get a free quote, reserve a space online, request more information, or call the location and speak directly with a storage professional.
What types of storage do you offer?
We welcome both personal and business customers. Personal units are available for furniture, file cabinets, family keepsakes, or seasonal lawn and garden equipment. For professionals, we offer space where file cabinets, documents, and office furniture can be securely stored and easily accessed.
What kind of security features do you offer?
We offer high-quality technology to keep your belongings safe, including intruder alarms, computer-controlled access, multi-camera video surveillance, and high-security unit locks.
What are your unit sizes?
Our sizes range from approximately 5’x5’ to 10’x30’. Many of our facilities also offer smaller and larger spaces, from storage lockers to extra-large rentals. Ask one of our team members what type of unit best suits your needs or use our storage calculator to determine the right amount of space for you.
Do you have climate-controlled storage units?
Climate-controlled units, which maintain a set temperature range to insulate and preserve your property, are available at many of our facilities. Inquire at the property nearest you to learn more about this feature.
Do I have to sign a long-term storage contract?
Nope. All of our leases are conducted on a month-to-month basis. Plus we offer many convenient payment features, including online bill pay.
Do you provide carts to help me move my things?
Yes! Handcarts are available at each facility to aid in your move-in and move-out processes.
Do you offer RV, boat, car, and motorcycle parking?
We do offer this service at some of our facilities, but not all of them. Please check with the facility nearest you.
What’s the difference between access hours and office hours?
Office hours indicate the presence of a property manager who provides in-person customer service, such as accepting payments, answering questions, selling supplies, and more. During access hours, you can use your gate code to access your unit. A property manager may or may not be on hand to assist you during these times.
